The Executive Director, Manaf Hamza (PhD, FRICS<\/a>, B.Sc. (Civil Engineering)) holds more than twenty years of experience in the Cadastral Survey Directorate, and served as the Cadastral Manager, Cadastral Coordinator (both Office and Field).<\/p>\n

He is the first Bahraini land surveyor who holds the membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK). Dr. Hamza holds a post graduate Diploma from the Military school of Surveying (1986 \u2013 UK).<\/p>\n

Dr. Hamza gained a great managerial experience as the CEO of the Enma\u2019a House and the General Manager of Energy City Libya. He was also a member of the Evaluation Authority for Compensation and acquisition for public interest, and the author of two books about surveying.<\/p>\n
