The Executive Director, Manaf Hamza (PhD, FRICS, B.Sc. (Civil Engineering)) holds more than twenty years of experience in the Cadastral Survey Directorate, and served as the Cadastral Manager, Cadastral Coordinator (both Office and Field).

He is the first Bahraini land surveyor who holds the membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK). Dr. Hamza holds a post graduate Diploma from the Military school of Surveying (1986 – UK).

Dr. Hamza gained a great managerial experience as the CEO of the Enma’a House and the General Manager of Energy City Libya. He was also a member of the Evaluation Authority for Compensation and acquisition for public interest, and the author of two books about surveying.
